Hi everyone,
I am planning on moving to the Myrtle Beach area from Alabama within the next 6 months. I am trying to get a good idea of the types of jobs I can hope to find there. I have a lot of experience with children and have been a daycare teacher (ft & pt) for 5 years. I have 3 years of University credits but no degree. Does anyone know a good daycare around there that would pay well enough for me to work full time? Also, I was thinking about getting my real estate license once I got there. I know it is a very competitive occupation. What I'm wondering is if it would even be worth it for me to get the license to work in the area?

The real estate market is really down right now, but I believe hard workers can survive in all economies.
